Thanks for writing this up. I can’t agree more about finding the right people and selling more.

When it comes to sales / marketing, you need the right target and heck, you REALLY need the right market. If you are focusing on the wrong market, you are probably not doing any sales (or not doing that well).

However, there’s no easy way out for this. You need to ‘test water’ and prepare to follow the ‘flow’.
