Have you heard about the Comment-a-thon?
Earlier this year I participated in my first one with Tanya of Blogelina. I wrote an epic post about my fear and insecurities when visiting a local blogger group. In the post I describe all the ‘voices’ of judgement that flooded my mind. As always, I learned a very valuable lesson.

The whole time I’m in this little room with these great people sharing stories about our little blogs I’m thinking they ‘hate me’. They probably think I’m this poor white trash chick who has no business being here. Okay where did that come from? If someone were thinking that – what’s it to me?

This year I’ll share a special post just for the participants in my group. I know from the last time I did this that there are a variety of bloggers who participate. Not everyone who visits will be a crochet business owner nor will they be interested in crocheting.
