flo – front loop only
both – work in both loops
Open stitch – opposite side of stitch or unworked loop from previous round
sc – single crochet
hdc – half double crochet
dc – double crochet
dc2tog – double crochet 2 stitches together aka decrease
sc2tog – single crochet 2 stitches together aka decrease
t-ch – turning chain

1: 6sc in first ch
2: 2sc in each st around (12sc)
3: [1sc in first st, 2sc in next st] * repeat around (18sc)
4: [1sc in first 2 stitches, 2sc in next st]* repeat around (24sc)
5: [1sc in first 3 stitches, 2sc in next st]* repeat around (30sc)
6: [1sc in first 4 stitches, 2sc in next st]* repeat around (36sc)
7: [1sc in first 5 stitches, 2sc in next st]* repeat around (42sc)
8 – 10: 1sc in each st around
11: [1sc dec over first 2 stitches, 1sc in next 3 stitches]* repeat around
