Granny Square Project

July’s Granny Square Project

Crochet a square or two (or more) to make a blanket. I’ll put all the squares together and then donate the blanket to a charity voted on by you.

The Details:

  • Crochet a basic granny square (12″ x 12″) in any color yarn
  • Yarn must be acrylic as most shelters and organizations require that it be washable
  • Mail the square(s) to me
  • I’ll join them into one blanket and add a border
  • You will vote for the charity (Woman’s Children Shelter, SPCA, or a local Day Care)
