Grumpies Visit When Bots Attack

botsattack_cc2014

It’s 9 at night and wow has today been a day. You know those days when you should have just gone back to bed?

I woke up early like I always do to get some work done. I couldn’t get access to my blog. I was searching and searching for a solution.

Finally I sent in a help ticket.

The Bots Are At It Again

Yes, every so often they attack with a vengeance.  I don’t worry because I trust my hosting company and the tech guy who sees to it that everything is safe.

They shut down access to WordPress to protect everyone from having their passwords compromised. Thank You.

All’s well (at least in my little world).

Just in case you aren’t on the mailing list for this challenge here is the post from yesterday. (Yes I had a backup plan)

A couple of things to note for #31CBBC peeps: (all are optional)

  • Comments are welcome and encouraged :)
  • Visit the FB group and add your post for the day to the pinned post if you’d like to receive at least 2-comments on your post.
  • Join the Crochet Business Blogger G+ Community
  • Community Event: Webinar (growing email lists)
  • Add your blog url to the #31CBBC linky (not the post url) – this will help you identify who is participating
  • As you are visiting other bloggers, take note of any similarities you have or complimentary projects/services you have. This is a great time to jot down the blog name and get to know the blogger behind the blog. ;)
  • Don’t stress on writing a post each day. A picture with your thoughts, a video, a top 5 list, or simply a quote on why you like crochet all counts as a post.
