What are your goals for your business and blog in 2014?
- Setting Realistic Goals (craft show preparation)
- A Creative Crochet Business Plan
- How Do You Know You Are Where You Are Suppose To Be?
- Where Are You Going?
- What Will You Do?
Below is what one participant said about the challenge she participated in in January 2013.
“The challenge helped me stay focused during the year on the goals I set, many of which I accomplished. Otherwise, I would have been hopping around, from one thing to the next or as the mood struck me.
I was surprised to discover that my biggest moneymaker was teaching crochet to private students in and around Oahu. I thought it would be through my blog or my new crochet photo patterns. But I’ve got a ways to go to build that up to where it’s earning me some decent money, and that’s going to be one of my main goals for 2014.
All in all, the challenge helped me focus on accomplishing a few things, so I was far less scattered than I would normally have been. Setting goals definitely helped me accomplish a lot in 2013.”

What a great website. I used to crochet, and knit, quite a bit as did my mother. I still have a couple of my favorite afghans.
Sara Duggan says
Edie, thank you for visiting. My mom introduced me to crochet. I have 2 sisters and she crocheted matching ponchos and bonnets for us when we were little.
