I enjoy listening to podcasts. Not too long ago I found one that I just enjoy and the coolest thing is it is only 10 minutes long.

Hey, I got this!

I can listen to it in the car or when I’m walking or vegging out on the couch.

It’s called the 10 Minute Marketing Show by Kim Roach. She blogs at Buzz Blogger – I can’t get enough of her bite sized gems.

Anyhow, in one of the shows she talked about increasing traffic and mentioned this awesome checklist on her blog. She shares 101 ways to promote your blog post.

Here are just a few that stand out to me:

• Write longer posts (What? I know right?)
• Email the post to your mailing list (duh, but I always forget)
• Schedule the post 4 – 5 times over the next week
• Setup Twitter Cards for your blog (not sure what this is but WILL find out)
