Learning Crochet: Entrelac Crochet

Entrelac is a technique used in crochet based on tunisian simple stitch in short rows.

I wrote about it first when I found some awesome Entrelac pieces in Knit. It was then I found the crochet technique which is made using the afghan stitch or tunisian simple stitch.

In the Tunisian Yahoo group I belong to Entrelac is a topic that is often brought up as people want to learn this somewhat unknown crochet process. I knew of sites online that taught this technique and eventually I found a book [ A to Z Crochet ] that taught in such a way that the process clicked for me.

Earlier this Year I made a Picture Tutorial over on Squidoo and then Teresa of Crochet Geek aka The Art of Crochet made a YouTube video of the Entrelac process.

Yesterday as I checked my Youtube account I was just thrilled to see an actual tutorial on how to make a blanket with instructions on how to make the triangle border - which I found missing in a lot of tutorials for crochet.
