Selling Crochet Patterns Was Kay’s Saving Grace
In 2012 Kay’s husband lost his job. They were down to $200 and bills needed to be paid. What’s a crocheter to do? Open an Etsy shop of course.
This is a lovely story about Kay. She designs patterns and provides supplies to crocheters.
“I was petrified,” Kay said. “I had to think, ‘If this doesn’t work out, how am I going to pay the electric bill this month?’ But I felt like I had to take a leap of faith.”
I’m sure many reading can identify with her and her need to “pay the electric bill”. Right?
