Week 1: Read the Pattern
Before beginning this 31 Day Crochet Blog Challenge you need to read the course syllabus.
Day 1:
Shake Your Money Maker - Develop your goals both financial and traffic. Set a realist number for the next 30 days. If your blog is not making money now it is highly unlikely that you’ll make $500 by the end of May. You might however make $5 – $25 or even a little more depending on what you are doing to earn your income.
Day 2:
Your Hookers Calling Card – Write your ‘About Me’ page. Discover your Hooker identity and write an about me page that will engage the reader and tell them your story. Be sure to add your social media and contact information.
Day 3:
Hey Sweet Thing, Can I Have Your Digits? – Write your contact me page. If you’re on WordPress add a plugin, if you are on blogspot check out different contact forms that work for that platform. You can also make your own via Google docs.
Day 4:
Claim Your Corner – Choose your income stream as outline in the Hooking for Cash eBook. This will be your concentrated income stream for the next month.
Day 5:
Burn Baby Burn – Burn your Rss feed to feedburner and add this to your blog.
Day 6:
Secret Agent Blogger – Check your Google Analytics and if you haven’t done so already sign up and set analytics for your main pages and/or shop.
Day 7:
Attention Crochet Bloggers – Check out Google Alerts, sign up, set Google alerts for your shop, your blog, your niche and send them to your reader or email.
