Write It - Each Day You Need to Write Something

So, you chose to crochet – don’t think that gets you out of writing – no way. You still have some writing to do both for your blog, others blogs and for article directories like Squidoo.com and Hubpages.

Be Everywhere Your Customer Is

To get traffic to your shop or crochet blog you need to be everywhere your customer is. Which blogs do your readers frequent? Offer to write a guest blog post.

If you have an Etsy shop you need to write your product descriptions with keywords.

If you are coming up with a new pattern or a new product release write about it on your blog. Give little sneak peeks into what you’re doing and then a big reveal.

Did you choose to write patterns? Do your stitch and design research. Try the pattern out, get pattern testers, take photographs and then double check the pattern again before you send it off to the magazine publishers.
